General Admission and Grandstand Seating
I have a First Base Grandstand or Home Plate Grandstand ticket. Where do I sit?
Your assigned seat details are on your digital ticket which can be added to your Mobile Wallet, viewed within the confirmation email or printed at home.
I have a General Admission ticket (including Free Junior Membership). Where can I watch the game from?
General Admission areas include the FiveAA Beer Garden (along the first baseline), third baseline area (next to the Banter Bar) and the left outfield hill. You are welcome to bring folding chairs and picnic blankets for these areas.
I have a General Admission ticket (including Free Junior Membership) and would like to sit in the grandstand. How can I do this?
If you would like to upgrade your General Admission ticket, visit our Box Office located at the entrance to the ballpark. Tickets can be upgraded for $5 to the First Base Grandstand and $10 to the Home Plate Grandstand. Note that these upgrades are subject to availability and the best way to ensure you have a seat on game day is to purchase a reserved ticket.
There are empty seats in the grandstand, can I just sit in there?
Unfortunately not. These seats are reserved for holders of those ticket types. Visit the Box Office to discuss upgrade options.
My child gets in free with their junior membership, but I’d like to pre-book grandstand tickets.
There is no option to pre-purchase a reserved upgrade for a junior membership. However, we appreciate that families or groups would like the security of booking their tickets ahead of time. Therefore, if you email us ahead of time with your Junior Membership Lanyard or proof of SA Junior Baseball Registration, we can help you complete your grandstand booking. OR you can visit the Box Office on game day to discuss available reserved seat upgrade options.
I’d like to sit in the grandstand with friends. How can we make sure our seats are together?
The best way to do this is to purchase reserved seats in a single transaction. Alternatively, when purchasing tickets online you can choose your seats and advise your friends of the seat details for them to purchase adjacent seats.
I have additional ticketing questions that have not been answered above.
Contact the Adelaide Giants via email tickets@adelaidegiants.com.au
Junior Giants Memberships
My child is a registered junior baseballer in South Australia, how do I get their free membership?
All Junior Memberships are being organised directly with their local club. Contact the club Junior Coordinator (or President) directly. (Please do not contact Baseball SA as they are unable to assist)
Due to some delays in clubs being able to distribute these memberships ahead of the opening weekend at Dicolor Australia Stadium, junior baseballers can attend the Adelaide Giants Box Office wearing their local club uniform (Hat or Jersey) to receive a complimentary junior ticket (General Admission) during Round 2 (November 20-22)
