Welcome to Season 2023/24 where the Adelaide Giants are back to defend the Claxton Shield! Please see below for all the key information you need to know regarding your Giants membership.
This season all ABL tickets will be delivered digitally and there will be no need for member cards. This will create a smoother and faster process of getting into games at the gate. Please follow below step-by-step process to access your tickets.
Using this link : GIANTS TICKETS
- Sign into your Adelaide Giants account on your phone.
- Click the three lines in the top right corner.
- Select “MY TICKETS,” then click “HOME.”
- Click “VIEW ALL TICKET INVENTORY.”
- Choose the game you will be attending.
- Follow the instructions to access your ticket(s). You can either use the displayed QR code or add them to your Apple Wallet for easy access at the gate.

Member packs will be available for collection from Tuesday 14th November. We are going to have three days open for collection;
- Tuesday 14th Nov: 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM
- Wednesday 15th Nov: 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- Thursday 16th Nov: 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM
If one of these three times does not work for you, you can collect it on Opening Night or any of our home games. If you are keen to collect before Opening Night and these do not work for you, please contact me and we can discuss a time to come collect.
On the Road Members:
Member packs will begin shipping from Monday 13th November.
